Formaggella D.O.P. from Luino

The Formaggella is an excellent D.O.P., typical cheese from Luino. It has a cylindrical shape and a soft and white dough, its taste is sweet and pleasant, the aroma is delicate and it is intensified by the seasoning.

It is made with whole, raw goat milk from the goats breed “Camosciata delle Alpi” and “Nera di Verzasca” which have a minimum seasoning of 20 days. The seasoning is made in cells that offer natural humidity.
